We all have different needs, various financial situations, and tastes. This comes into account when we want to eat out. Whether we're trying to decide where to take your family for a cheap decent meal, or impress a girl on a date, best stockton restaurants is here to give what I personally believe to be an honest, semi-biased review. I have been around the restaurant business my entire life, and though I do have a semi-high expectation of the restaurants i go to, I try my best to be fair and understanding (just as I desire to be treated by others in my business doings).
Now on a more personal note, though this is dedicated to the review and the info on the restaurants in stockton, I thought it would be a good idea to let you know a little about me - my likes, dislikes, pet-peeves, etc - as it pertains to the restaurant business and this review.
The basics about me: I love asian food. It's a fact! Japanese Sushi, Vietmanese Pho, Korean Bulgogi, or some type of asian-fusion style dish. That's all me, and it's also the way that I cook. That is my favorite, but I do enjoy just about everything else. So if I seem to be reviewing a little more Asian food on Best Stockton Restaurants, that's the reason. But being that I just enjoy food and eating out all together, there will certainly be a good variety of locally owned and corporate owned restaurants.
For the locally owned restaurants, I'll be doing more thorough reviews and info on them (not to mention i'll just be reviewing more of these types of restaurants). I have nothing against corporate ones, I enjoy eating at those too, but just not as much as locally owned. The personability of these restaurants, getting to know the owners, making friends with them, and even certain perks when they do happen are very appealing and just wonderful. How much better it is to learn and know a handful of staff who care not just about their job, but to also get to know the owners who take a personal care in their business that you often don't find in the corporate restaurant arena.
Also, I believe in supporting small businesses, and what better way to do that than to support stockton's best locally owned? It's good for our local economy, for making good personal friends, and even network with businesses that are around the stockton area, and even the San Joaquin Valley.
